About
I’m an empathy-driven UX Designer based in the Pacific Northwest.
Previously, I did youth development work in Morocco. Before that, I was involved in political campaigns, community partnerships, and refugee work. I was even a customer service bot at an online school.
My need to stretch my brain, think creatively, and steer forward with empathy is what brought me to user experience design. I especially love that it enables me to think beyond myself and instead from the user’s perspective. That’s why I enjoy making inclusive, accessible, and empowering designs.
When I’m not learning or attending meetups about design, you can find me wearing out my running shoes, discovering new places to eat, volunteering with Latinos in Tech of WA, and trying not to cheat at crosswords.
You can learn more about me on LinkedIn, check out my designs on Dribble, or feel free to read tidbits about me on Medium and Twitter.
